Terms and conditions
These are the rules that apply when you use NoraStream. We have kept them short and written them in normal English.
Your subscription
A subscription gives one household access for the period you paid for. One connection streams to one screen at a time. Extra connections can be added for an additional amount.
Sharing your login outside your household will get the account suspended without a refund. This is the only thing we are strict about because it is what degrades service for everyone else.
What we provide
Access to a channel and content library through a third party player app of your choosing. We do not manufacture or sell hardware and we do not provide your internet connection.
Channel lineups change as networks come and go. We cannot guarantee any specific channel will remain available for the length of your subscription.
What you are responsible for
An internet connection fast enough to stream, which means at least 15 Mbps. A compatible device. Keeping your login private.
You are responsible for how you use the service and for complying with the laws that apply where you live.
Service availability
We aim for continuous service but no streaming platform runs perfectly all of the time. Short outages for maintenance or upstream issues can happen. We will tell you when they do.
Extended outages caused by us are handled by adding time to your subscription.
Payment
Payment is by Interac e-Transfer in Canadian dollars. Nothing renews automatically and no payment details are stored.
Refunds follow the refund policy.
Suspension
We can suspend an account for sharing credentials outside a household, for chargebacks, or for abuse directed at our support. In those cases no refund is given.
Changes
We can update these terms. If something material changes we will say so on this page and update the date below.
