How do I pay?

Is there a contract?

No. Nothing renews automatically and no card is stored anywhere. When your plan runs out you either send another transfer or you do not. There is nothing else to it.

What is the money back guarantee?

You have 7 days from the day you pay. If the service is not what you wanted, message us and we return the money. If you ask for a refund inside 7 days we send it.

Can I add a second connection?

Yes. One subscription streams to one screen at a time. Households that want 2 different channels at once add a second connection for a small amount. Ask us and we will quote you.
